Lovely oysters

A great experience to try different fish and the oysters were great. The waiter was extremely friendly and helpful and the waitress recommended a white wine which went really well with the oysters. A great evening out!

This place is unreal! Stunning food! Amazing service! I could not find fault in our visit (which is unheard of!) I would definitely recommend!

Nice and cosy atmosphere, great and very reasonably priced, fresh seafood. Lobster sweet and delicious, awesome mussels and fine wine. The fish can be ordered grilled, fried or steamed. Staff friendly and attentive. It was a fine dining experience. Only mark down due some fish like seabass or hake not available at the time. Personally I'd rather not eat if it wasn't fresh so maybe that's the reason. Also gluten free and kids menu options. Anyway, highly recommend if you're after some fresh seafood.

We have been to Loch Fyne a number of times over the years. They always take good care of us. My wife is disabled and the staff are generally courteous and helpful with where they seat us. And the food is excellent. This time was well up to the usual standard. They are a bit on the expensive side, but in our opinion well worth the money.

The place has been recently refurbished and looks very nice. Staff are nice and attentive. Food (especially the lobster) took close to 1 hour to arrive but once arrived was nice. I'll be back.

Always a great variety here and delicious food and drinks! Waiting staff serviced us extremely well, a visit for my birthday was smooth and they regularly ensured everything was enjoyable. Only downside is when food runs out but what can you expect!

17-2-20 A bit chilly inside. May have Aircon set too low but not aware of any, so maybe heating couldn't cope. Mix of A-la-carte and set lunch. Set lunch well priced but A-la-carte priced presuming voucher being used, which it was. No complaints about anything and service was very good. Easy parking and access for elderly.

Best Loch Fyne outlet in berkshire. Food is prepared to perfection and the staff are super knowledgeable and willing to help

Came here with a work colleague on a Monday when main courses are 2 for 1. A nice interior decor with friendly knowledgeable staff.Starter was a sea salt and pepper squid. The squid was well cooked so not too chewy but the chilli jam a bit too spicy for a starter for my liking (personal preference though).The Goan seafood curry was delicious with all seafood ingredients cooked wonderfully. The sauce had nice sweet, spiced and heated elements but letting flavour of the seafood come through.The balsamic Eton mess was surprisingly nice. Balsamic vinegar is tricky ingredient to use in desserts as regardless of whether 'as is' or heated as a syrup it's a strong flavour that can be overpowering. It came across very nicely with fresh sweet strawberries and nicely cooked meringue.Overall a really pleasant evening meal and I'd be happy to return.

Wonderful! My wife went for the Tuesday mussel madness course and I opted for seafood pasta and half of a lobster. Superb service & a great choice of wines. Oh and of course some oysters.

Our first time visiting this resturant and it was lovely! Food was delicious, thouroughly enjoyed it all... mussels and oysters were delicious, but id like to add our experience was made so much more pleasant by the service of a charming young man named levi. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, absolute gentleman and impeccable manners. Truly an asset to the resturant. Well done levi, your great at your job. Lovely place lovely food i cannot fault a thing and cant wait to go back... im hungry and craving seafood just thinking about it!

We took advantage of the lunchtime menu which was whitebait and mussels, we also ordered sides of oysters and sour bread with balsamic vinegar... Food was great overall, I would have preferred tartar sauce for the whitebait but I can't complain as the food was delicious.

Very quiet. Asked for wine and dine menu and it was obviously a dirty word! Felt a little uncomfortableble for asking! Special deal menus never offered. Waiter recovered but food was quite cold but tasty.

Very fresh seafood. Extremely well done, a bit light on the salt which only makes the fish flavors even more pronounced and nuanced. You must try to visit. Many days have specials, like mondays 2 for 1 mains. The mussels are a standout star, and be sure to pick up at least one of the specials (new set each day) as those are simply amazing dishes for very reasonable prices.

15 Sept.Was here for my birthday treat. Outstanding welcoming service from a lovely and sweet and funny Dani. Our squid,seafood mixed grill,etc.was superb,welldone chefs.Happy 😊

We had a really wonderful meal here recently and had a rather large group of 12 people. We had a great experience and ate some amazing meals. The dressed crab was just scrumptious. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Many thanks to everyone who served us.

Love this place, whenever myself and my wife are feeling in the mood for seafood we will book a table here. There is so much choice on the menu.We have always found the food to be fresh and well cooked, never had a complaint.

Really enjoyed the food. I am not very familiar with all the seafood dishes, hence I stuck with the basics of Shrimps, Cod, Fish Pie etc but overall the taste and quality of the food served was excellent. Good ambience, good service and I will return indeed if Im in the lookout for fresh food.

Had a great meal here last (Thursday), I don't like it when a restaurant is really busy and it gets too loud. The atmosphere was perfect last night, busier than expected but not too busy.Our waiter was lovely, service was quick and the food was lovely. My husband had lobster for the first time which he enjoyed. I had the roasted butternut squash risotto (vegetarian) which was delicious. Another vegetarian option on the menu might be nice but I would've been happy with either choices and I understand it is a seafood restaurant.

Recently ate here on a weekday and it was very quiet. Food was a good standard as usual. A bit concerned by the waiting staff who thought it would be a good idea to eat the chips out of my friends "chip pot" whilst she was still eating her meal.I did email my comments directly to Loch Fyne but have had no reply. Shame.
